Overview

This blend pairs a GHRH analog without the 'DAC' albumin-binding group (often called mod GRF 1-29) with ipamorelin, a ghrelin-receptor agonist. The two act on different receptors that both lead to growth-hormone release.

    CJC-1295 WITH DAC in healthy adults (JCEM 2006)

    Single and repeated injections raised growth hormone 2- to 10-fold for 6+ days and IGF-1 1.5- to 3-fold, with an estimated half-life of 5.8-8.1 days. This was the DAC form; the no-DAC form in this blend is much shorter-acting, so these numbers do not transfer.[1]
