Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and safety regulations, most sales are final. Review eligibility criteria and processes below.
Shipping damage
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of packaging and product damage.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Do not open or use the damaged product.
Wrong product shipped
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Product must be unopened and unused.
- Original packaging and seals intact.
- Valid order confirmation for comparison.
Quality issues
- Independent third-party analysis required.
- Purity must be significantly below stated levels.
- Analysis costs may be customer responsibility.
- Product must be unused and properly stored.
Items that cannot be returned
Safety and policy considerations mean certain materials are never eligible for return.
- Opened containers
- Used or contaminated products
- Products exposed to air or moisture
- Improperly stored items
- Custom or special orders
- Products ordered by mistake
- Change of research direction
- Items past 30-day limit
How to initiate a return
We document every step to maintain chain of custody and protect research integrity.

Contact customer service
Email returns@anubis.estate with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.

Receive return authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship without an RMA.

Package and ship
Package the item in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible. Use a trackable shipping method. Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

Processing & refund
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund timeline
- Credit cards: 3–5 business days.
- Bank transfers: 5–10 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days.
- International: up to 15 business days.
Refund amounts
- Product cost: full refund if eligible.
- Shipping: only if our error.
- Return shipping: customer responsibility.
- Restocking fee: may apply (15%).
