    Heart failure trial (Am J Cardiovasc Drugs 2026)

    180 adults with heart failure from ischemic cardiomyopathy, single center, 7 days of intravenous NAD+ or placebo alongside standard therapy. Ejection fraction at 1 month was higher with NAD+ (45.4% vs 42.4%); secondary outcomes showed non-significant trends.[1]
